Clinical Foundation:
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). However, due to a significant oversupply of nurses in the Philippines, he found himself, along with many other qualified professionals, unable to practice in a clinical setting.The Dual Insight:
David realized two major gaps: 1) The global need for specialized, cost-effective back-office support in clinics, and 2) The domestic need for professional, flexible employment for talented healthcare professionals, particularly mothers and those who must work from home.The Solution:
He built Techypanda to bridge these two worlds. By staffing his company exclusively with medically trained professionals, he created a high-value service that offers cost savings and expertise to clients, while providing dignified, home-based careers for talented Filipinos.
